Prepare all required documents, including lease agreements and pertinent addendum’s.

  • verify employment information (2 years)

  • verify current living situation and rental history (2 years)

  • run a credit report

  • accept security deposit and first month’s rent for the owner

  • provide a move-in checklist for tenant to complete and return to owner

  • obtain copies of photo identification of applicants

  • review law enforcement web site for sexual predators

  • check for Duval County evictions and judgments

  • present and review the application with the owner

  • provide and execute lease prepared with our firm’s attorney (owners may execute their own leases)
